Brown sausage; drain. Roll out bread dough into a 12x15 inch rectangle and set aside. After separating the eggs, combine the egg yolks with the oil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, and a dash of pepper. Spread the mixture over the dough. Arrange sausage, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on top, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roll up and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. With the egg whites you'd set aside earlier, add a pinch of oregano and parsley and brush on top.
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 2 T. oil
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
