Cowboy Themed Bedroom

After a lot of research for new, creative cowboy themes, we ended up coming up a little short. From there, we decided to begin brainstorming and come up with a theme that our little man would love for year's to come.

Meat Loaf Minis

There are several meals that I love to make, but I've got this problem with always wanting to try a little something new each time. Meat Loaf Minis have been a family favorite for quite some time, so when I considered changing them up just a bit, I was careful not to push it too far. Simply changing my normal ingredient of refrigerated biscuit dough and using won-ton wrappers was the key and we'll stick with the new recipe now (especially since it's healthier)!

With my first son, I had already began planning his first birthday celebration by the time he reached three months old. One of the thoughts that ran across my mind in those months of planning was to make some sort of a "birthday jar" that the party guests could use to write well wishes, silly memories, etc. and place them in the jar for my son to see at a later time.
